In 1997, almost 40 years after the last curtain call at the Düsseldorfer Varieté-Theater „Apollo“ the Roncalli`s Apollo Varieté opened its doors on the banks of the Rhine. Under the direction of Bernhard Paul, the founder of the Circus Roncalli, the newly built theater became the first post-war Varieté in Germany, presenting a colourful programme with a broad array of artists from  different countries. Varieté in Apollo: Your ticket to amazement, dreams and laughter.
